Our pet-friendly community features a dedicated Bark Park where your pup can play and socialize with neighbors, plus plenty of green space for daily walks. There is a maximum of two pets per apartments. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet is due at the time of move in. Pet rent is an additional $30 per pet per month. Breed restrictions include: Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Presa Canarios, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Chow Chow, German Shepard.
